Open Mynd Outreach began with a vision rooted in love, inclusion, second opportunities, and community impact. What started as a personal passion has grown into a powerful movement dedicated to embracing autism, empowering at-promise and justice-involved youth, and uplifting every ability.
Today, Open Mynd Outreach focuses on creating real-time opportunities, not just traditional programs. We open doors through safe spaces, meaningful support, creative outlets, and pathways to fresh starts that help youth see who they are and who they can become beyond their circumstances
Open Mynd Outreach creates intentional, inclusive, and youth-centered opportunities that help young people feel seen, supported, and empowered. Our focus is not just on traditional programs, but on real-time opportunities that meet youth where they are through creativity, mentorship, leadership, wellness, and community connection.
We proudly continue to offer Open Mynd Next Gen, our youth leadership and inclusion opportunity designed to help young people grow in confidence, compassion, advocacy, and open-minded understanding. Next Gen gives youth meaningful ways to lead, serve, create, and help build a more inclusive community.
We are also developing The Mynd Shift, a new opportunity for at-promise and justice-involved youth that uses sports, movement, wellness, and mentorship to support both physical and mental well-being. Through The Mynd Shift, youth will have space to build discipline, confidence, emotional strength, healthy outlets, and a renewed vision for their future.
